Food Banks

The Compass Food Bank: 905-274-9309

If you need help with food, and are in postal codes L5E, L5H, L5G or L5J you can visit The Compass each week for food.

There are hampers available which are passed out at the door to maintain social distancing. If you order ahead you can customize your hamper. The order form is updated every Friday night with items for the following week.

Food distribution Hours: Monday 12-8 pm. Wednesday 9:30-5 pm. Friday 9:30-5 pm

Free “pandemic kit” delivery support to those who are affected by the COVID-19 crisis.

They will be delivering various kinds of free packages with essential supplies depending upon the need of the affected individual.

At this time, Knights Table will continue to remain OPEN by transitioning temporarily to food take out only model, our dine-in facility will remain closed.

Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner programs are available daily from 8:00am – 6:00pm using a grab & go format.

Food Bank support is available through pre-packed hampers that will be distributed to regular service users. Wednesdays – Fridays 10:00am -4:00pm

In response to Covid19, food programs in Dufferin County have come together to provide centralized points for food distribution.

Operating in Orangeville and Grand Valley the Dufferin Food Share will provide non-perishable and perishable foods twice a month through a drive-thru or walk-thru model to those in need.

Wednesday from 6:00pm to 8:00 pm

Thursday from 12:00pm to 4:00 pm
