The intake agency and Catholic Family Services Peel Dufferin hold all information confidential, and will only release information:
- As directed by a service user through written permission
- To report suspected child abuse or neglect, as required by law
- To protect an individual from significant risk of serious harm
- In the event that documents are subpoenaed in legal proceedings
Some information, without any details that directly or indirectly identify you or others involved, may be shared between the onsite partners at the Safe Centre of Peel to the extent necessary to consult and coordinate services.
