Risk Assessment

Client Navigators use a validated risk assessment tool to identify risks and develop a safety plan.

Child Minding Services

Childminding available onsite in a child-friendly and safe environment supervised by a Child Resource Facilitator who specializes in child development and trauma.

Navigation Services

Our Client Navigators provide short-term case management to complete intakes, identify needs, safety plan and provide appropriate referrals. They can be the main point of contact when accessing support services.

The Safe Centre of Peel is excited to launch a new pilot program called the Safe Centre Response Teams (SCRT).  This pilot program in partnership with Peel Regional Police has been created to respond to verbal family and intimate partner situations. The team consists of mobile social worker with experience in gender-based violence and a specially trained police constable, who will attend these calls for service to provide early intervention help and assist families in accessing supports and services.
